Cant believe this is only 25 minutes, I remember it being like a feature length film as a kid

9.0 - This is everything the Thanksgiving special isn’t. It’s funny & wholesome and happy. Charlie Brown is more & more relatable as I age, not feeling the holiday spirit & just trying to make things great for those around me. This helps fill that holiday cheer cup up just a bit.

A Charlie Brown Christmas is one of those specials that never gets old. It’s simple, sweet, funny, and somehow still manages to capture both the excitement of Christmas and how overwhelming and commercialized it can feel.

Charlie Brown’s sad little tree will forever be one of my favorite parts, and the moment everyone comes together to decorate it is just perfect. Add in the iconic music, Snoopy being Snoopy, and Linus reminding everyone what Christmas is really about, and it’s hard not to love.

It’s warm, nostalgic, and comforting without being overly sentimental. No matter how many times I’ve seen it, watching it still feels like Christmas.
