you can always tell a script is written by spike lee because he makes the main character go on page long monologue rants. the guy that played the best friend was terribly miscast. his acting was bad and it ruined a lot for me. first 45 was good, the middle sucked, the end was 👍

Such a great film. A great example of the consequences of your actions. If you want to be a drug dealer fine, but just know that you could end up dead or in jail.

I think I'm too dumb to understand this one. What did 9/11 even have to do with a drug dealer going to prison?

I don’t know why I just enjoyed the experience so much. I thought the dog would be more involved. Bit of a nothing movie that went nowhere but it took an interesting deep delve into personal relationships and regrets and stuff. The way it never said things aloud cus we assumed…

A truly great film dealing with the 9/11 tragedy and regret. Easily one of Spike Lee’s best: It differs from his usual style and he experiments in editing and visuals. Ed Norton and his “fuck you” monologue are incredible. The club scene is phenomenal. Again, it’s a great film.
