Just phenomenal acting all around. Every shot of this movie is intentional.

Yes movies like this are uncomfortable to watch, being confronted with history can be uncomfortable. But do yourself a favor and be uncomfortable for 2 hours of your life.

A well made movie. The story was very hard hitting and painful to watch

the acting was amazing from everyone, the hurt and desperation, portrayed so well

honestly as a white person this genuinely hurts me that people went through this for absolutely years

This film ripped my heart out, dropped it, and punted it into a black hole. It’s been a while since a project made me this angry at the antagonists, and because it’s based on a true story, you don’t get the satisfaction of everyone coming to justice, it’s honest but painful
