just to be clear, i was in love with the witchy//whimsigoth aesthetic and the talented performances. otherwise, the story was kinda all over the place. the romance felt rushed with no built-up chemistry. so many scenes that i thought were going to be important later but weren’t??

I f*cking love Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman. Great to watch any time of the year, but especially great for the fall season. Should be talked about more.

Just that scene where women come together to form a seance

It was fun but also a bit all over the place. I had a difficult time switching from one storyline to another and keeping track of everything. The visuals of these women were stunning though. 3.5 out of 5 stars!
