The bests thing in this movie, are the animation and the songs. The animation makes each pony so much more beautiful, with the sparkling eyes and cute faces, and the songs are just fantastic. Love the purple pony as a villain. The only one who had true potential. 9/10

Despite being a film aimed at a children's audience, it managed to remain entertaining. The visual and musical production are very good. The story isn't as strong, but it's okay. 7.85/10

as a child I loved watching this cartoon, but the movie is somehow magical and nostalgic.🥹

it was okay, but i feel it could’ve been better, just because mlp is such an iconic kids show and this movie didn’t live up to that imo.

Why is the animation so different? It gives me the ick. And honestly, as much as I’ve been obsessed with mlp my whole life, everything after season four, including this movie, is kinda mid

I really love MLP FIM and enjoyed the animation in this movie and liked the movie a lot overall. I loved the sea ponies and Tempest but some of the other new characters were just not as likable or interesting to me.
