Insomnia

Ok..I didn’t hate this movie, it had a lot of build up and anticipation, yet it was the ending that gives this a thumbs down. It was dumb. The concept of insomnia settling in and going crazy was clever but they could’ve done so much more with it. Instead they left me disappointed

Slow burn crime thriller with fantastic cast and setting. Didn’t take quite as many story telling risks as other Nolan movies but moral dilemmas it’s based on definitely get more interesting as the movie progresses.

I finished this wondering where the plot twists I was supposed to be stung in the ass with by Nolan were.
Great movie I'm not saying it was bad or anything, it just doesn't hold up that much compared to some of his other works.

good first watch. Nolan is the goat so obv it’s gonna be good. i need to watch the original version. i’d say it’s worth the watch. probably a 7.8/10

Another gripping and dramatic thriller from Nolan. It’s stronger in its mood and atmosphere than the whodunit plot points and more about Will’s internal struggles which I really enjoyed.

Al Pacino, Nolan's vision and the original plot... this is what cinema meets perfection of storyteller. I felt what the main protagonist was feeling... It is impossible but it's true
