I too would travel across the multiverse for Jennifer Connelly

Loved it. Fresh take on the multiverse concept. Finale was a little underwhelming but the story was very compelling.

I wish the main character had a personality

Better as a movie, as much as I loved the story, a series was not needed. Or a series worthy enough of several episodes was needed. The editing and continuity was suspicious. I noticed a lot of what I thought were errors and inconsistencies. The acting was great but it gets very frustrating after a bit. Episode 3 sunk me in and I binged the whole thing. Takes on the multiverse idea with originality. You need to 'pay attention' because it gets very chaotic with several timelines. Luckily there are little sounds and details to tell things apart. Would I watch it again though? No.

Overall, it was decent and may have actually done it better than the book. It balanced switching focus between Jason and his home world well - all the actors were solid too. But that final plot twist…it’s just a huge plot hole. I thought the ending left much to be desired. 5.5/10

Very faithful to the book thanks to Blake Crouch’s direct involvement and adaptation with the script. Such a cool mind bending sci-fi thriller and romance. Great performances from Joel Edgerton and Jennifer Connelly.
