Look, it’s not the best insidious movie but it’s far from the worst, I actually enjoyed this one a fair bit.

I thought the actors did great and the characters were cool, the storyline with the mother was done decently well, it felt fresh-ish with this new protagonists ability, and I quite liked the villain too, except that one moment he was the cat, shit was stupid as fuck.

Despite this it has its flaws, the dialogue is not good for the most part, the scares are pathetic, although some shots and scenes did pretty well (the pillow fort scene), it’s pretty generic horror movie making tbh, but it feels comfortable here for some reason, I get not liking it, but I did.

My score: 6/10

3rd best movie of the 6. loved seeing the goat elise. the franchise started amazing fell off terribly but the last 2 have been bangers hopefully it ends here.

6/10 Never been a big fan of mainstream horror but it has a cool concept and pretty a good ending. Cheap jumpscares here and there but is good at building tension as well(mostly because it’s silent until the jumpscare) but then again it’s mainstream horror.

the insidious series has been my comfort movie since i was a kid, and it became my standard for horror because of its unique plot; it isn’t just a film full of scary stuff, but actually has a rich storyline.

Thanks Insidious now I’m afraid of the dentist again.

I went in with low expectations but was surprised. This was genuinely creepy with some nice villains. The main baddie nailed his creepy voice and the acolytes were freaky in their own right. The ending was a bit messy but still a fun horror film.

It was alright. Could have had more scares to make it more scary. The costumes and makeup for the demons was so good. The lead did a good job as well. Liked the superhero aspect of her powers. This movie was also funny at times. Overall, had a good time watching.

Fast and the furious franchise of horror movies

Very enjoyable and was better than the red door movie😮‍💨

Probably my favorite next to or above Red Door. Had easily the best portrayal and use of the further ever and really pushed its PG-13 limit as much as it could. The new villain was intimidating and had a great presence.

Good.

Good addition to the Insidious franchise. Definitely some good jump scares. A couple of plot holes but nothing too ridiculous. Definitely worth watching! Also, I can watch blood & guts but the teeth/mouth scenes in this movie had me looking away 😆

It was really boring like the very first insidious. One or two cool scenes, the rest was (even with knowledge of all other parts) strange and confusing. I really don’t get the zombies and sometimes the script was even funny (not good for a horror movie)
