Back to the Future

Rewatched this one…An all time classic, it should be watched by everyone at least once ​​​​​​​​​

I personally think that this movie is quite overrated. I just remember getting annoyed by some of the characters. Idk, perhaps I should watch it again.

Was good when I watched it, not sure I’d say I loved it but I know if I watched it when it first came out I’d see it as a classic

i think my favorite thing about this movie is that it works alone as a comedy (which all good movies should imo but not many do, at least to this extent).

I knew from the beginning everything said or done would matter and come back later in some way, I just didn’t expect them to throw so much into the first 20 minutes and then the rest of the movie to be payoff one by one to each thing. maybe it didn’t feel like that for other people but it did for me, and it was probably my favorite part about it.

the cinematography was just so satisfying to me for some reason; the first scene especially because of all the zoom-ins and panning and following marty’s hands. just done really well. apparently I already need to rewatch to see what I specifically liked about certain scenes but I just enjoyed the whole thing so much really.

on the mother and son weird shit, I thought it was funny up to a certain point. when she said everything about never liking a boy and whatnot it was really funny to see all the contradiction there, but then she kissed him and he kept staring at her boobs😭😭😭 anyway I didn’t really care but didn’t find it too funny either at that point
